Important Points
- The name and Father’s Name Must be the same as per CNIC on All educational documents.
- Higher education commission degree attestation is valid of documents with Cast or family name in the father’s name or degree holder’s name.
- For O Levels and A levels, Equivalence must be taken through IBCC.
- For foreign degrees, an Equivalence certificate must be taken from HEC.
- Equivalence certificate for A levels and O levels, and foreign degrees is the responsibility of the degree holder.
HEC FEE for degree attestation
HEC usually takes 40 to 60 working days for attestation Degree attestation. So HEC fee for degree attestation have two packages:
- Urgent: 15 to 20 working days – 12000/- PKR (including degree and transcript).
- Super Urgent: 7 to 10 Working days – 22000/- PKR (including degree and transcript)
